Quitclaim by Robert Benham of Ipswich [Gippevicum] (Suffolk),mercer, to John Acton of Ipswich aforesaid, gentleman, of all his right in a messuage, garden, orchard, etc., containing an estimated 1 acre, lately in the occupation of a certain Anthony Nutfield or his assigns, situated in Sibton in the same county, bounded by land formerly of William Nutfield to the north, the land [called?] Burrwarde now or late in the occupation of Thomas Meam (?) to the south, and abutting on the land formerly of William Nutfield to the east and west; and also are close of land and meadow called "Berne Meadowe Pen," parcel of the tenement "Drowries" now or late in the occupation of Stephen Howell, lying in Sibton aforesaid, bounded by the land called "Madgib" now or late in the occupation of Thomas Nutfield to the east, and the land of John Hevingham, knight, now in the occupation of Robert Hogg to the west, abuting at the northside on "Curteis Greene" and the land called "Berneyarde" and at the south side abutting on the meadow now in the occupation of the aforesaid Robert Hogg. Given on the last day of March, 14 James [I], 1616.
